First Feature-Complete Version!

This is the first feature-complete version of my target practice adaptation of the game I made while learning Python!

This version, I added counters for score and high-score, and an indicator to show what level you're on. Also, I added persistent high-scoring!

While adding these things, I ran into a few problems. Mostly, they were newbie problems regarding file handling and variable datatype mismatches. Nothing too crazy, but it did cause me a headache. Also, I condensed the files into a single .exe and the external data, such as the images, font, and highscore file.
